2. Registration Process

This competition requires both online registration and postal submission of artwork to be completed for final registration.

• Payment of participation fee → Preparation of proof of payment → Online registration (both individual and group applicants) → Print application form and attach to artwork → Submit by mail/courier or in person
• Artwork submission period: November 16 (Mon) – November 20 (Fri), 2026 (postmarks dated November 20 will be accepted)

2-1. Participation Fee Payment

• After transferring the participation fee to the account below, please take a screenshot of your proof of payment or transfer confirmation. (Upload required on the online form)

• Application Fee : 20,000 KRW (per artwork per person)

• Bank name : Nonghyup bank

• Account number : 317-0011-2900-21

• Account holder name : Korea Fashion Illustration Association

• Swift code : (Nonghyup bank Swift code)

  • NACFKRSEXXX (in case of input 11 words)

  • NACFKRSE (in case of input 8 words)

※ The payment must be made under the applicant's official name. For group payments, please contact the association office in advance.

2-2. Online Registration

2-3. Attaching the Application Form and Mailing

① Complete and print the application form linked above
② Securely attach the printed application form to the back of the artwork
③ Send the artwork by mail (or courier) to the address below, or submit in person (within the submission period, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Submission Methods : Mail, courier service, or in-person delivery are all accepted.

• Mail postmarked by November 16 will be accepted and has to be arrived by November 26th in Korean time.
